Finding a mentor that looks like you, is harder

We created The BIPOC Mentor Network because we were like you: young, eager to start our careers, but lost when it came to finding alumni mentors, especially mentors that shared our cultural experience.

In fact, we’re still like you… Sure, we graduated, found great jobs, have even started mentoring others – but we still need mentors too. We still need advisors. We still need coaches. And as we start to grow and climb the leadership ladder, finding these role models who have lived the future phases of our career journey, especially those who understand us on a cultural level, get harder and harder.

We started BIPOC network because everyone deserves a mentor in their corner. We started this so the small alumni circle of Black, Indigenous and people of color alumni could assemble, democratizing opportunity across all backgrounds.

We started it for us.

And we started it for you.
